I recently stayed at Das Triest in Vienna for a week-long vacation. The hotel's General Manager personally reached out to address my concerns, which was greatly appreciated. The follow-up was exceptional and a generous compensation was offered. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to the inner stadt but away from the busy areas. The silver bar and its famous bartender added a memorable experience to my stay. The reception manager was also very nice. The beds were comfortable and the in-room coffee maker worked well. the beautiful hotel and its great staff made my stay at Das Triest exceptional.
100% Recommend this hotel.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious and beautifully appointed rooms, with ample storage space for our clothing and gear. The bathroom was also impressive, tiled throughout with glass doors and a large shower complete with a rain shower head and separate spray handle. The convenient location near tram lines and a U Bahn station made it easy for us to explore the city, with attractions like Karlsplatz, the Staatsoper area, and museums within a short walk. The hotel's restaurant and bar were fantastic, offering delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices. The staff was warm, friendly, and helpful, adding to our overall positive experience. Additionally, the hotel's quiet atmosphere provided a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure.
Felt very homely, no complaints.

Our stay here was luxurious and satisfying. the hotel provided exclusive amenities, meeting all of our needs. the room was divine with high-class furnishings and stylish décor. the public terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink, while the restaurant offered delectable cuisine. the hotel's central location was an added bonus, making it easy to explore the city.
The service provided by the staff was lacking attention to detail. While there were minor issues noticed, such as a bathroom towel rack falling off, it did not diminish the overall experience.

Our city break hotel ticked all the boxes! The location was excellent, close enough to the main attractions and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary facilities we needed. We loved the breakfast buffet with plenty of hot and cold options. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the early check-in and the nightlight option in the bathroom.
We were disappointed by the lack of choice for coffee and the small selection of fruits during breakfast. We also found the pillows too soft, which disturbed our sleep.

For my recent stay in this city, I couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel was situated right in the center, within a short 8-10 minute walk to the city center. Additionally, there was a major metro station nearby, providing easy access to three key lines. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with comfortable beds and a Nespresso machine that was restocked daily with professional capsules. I also found the cleanliness of the hotel to be impeccable, except for a minor issue with the WC's interior upon my arrival. The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
It was all superb.
